Judge Fuller has spent a career serving the people of New Mexico through the law.

As a longtime New Mexico resident, attorney, and former judge, Judge Fuller believes strongly in restoring common sense to the courtroom and ensuring that courts remain faithful to the Constitution.

Judge Fuller’s approach to the bench is simple: apply the law fairly, treat every person with dignity and respect, and ensure that the judicial system serves the people with integrity.

Beyond the courtroom, Judge Fuller has remained committed to community service, volunteering with youth programs, educational initiatives, and organizations that strengthen civic responsibility.

Judge Fuller and his wife Julie have been married thirty-eight years and are proud parents of four daughters, and grandparents of six granddaughters and two grandsons. Their family has deep roots in New Mexico.
